Being a CEO, Director, Manager, or Team leader is a huge responsibility. Regardless being a leader is your responsibility to motivate your people to give their best.
If you’re are a leader you can’t just order someone to do your expected task. You never got your desired results by doing this. They may surely follow your directions sometimes, but after you left, they don't follow your rules. Your team will do what they think is more important.
That’s why leaders should have two main qualities to be a good leader:
inspiration and motivation.
Leaders have to win their employee corporations to get their expected work. The employees should inspire by the leader’s personality.
What is Motivation:
Motivation is helping people to move in a particular direction to get their goals.
When you are motivating someone to do the thing that they have not wanted to do, then you have to offer them something that they will get in return.
When Team
coaches give their players a pep talk that is enthusiastic and motivational, coaches want to boost
up players energy by talking them, when they work hard, they will get Victory
in reward.
It's all about motivation. So, in this article, I will mention how a leader can motivate and inspire his team.
Set clear Goals:
Firstly, being a Leader, you need
to set reasonable goals—those goals you need to achieve in the future.
Leaders need to create a
project to get these goals. Make sure that every member of your team agrees
upon your goal's deadlines. If you need to ask your team members personally,
then don't hesitate to go and ask them. Being a part of your team everybody's
opinion is worthful for a leader.

Provide a sound vision for your project:
Make an achievable and realistic vision of your goal.
Address this vision to your team correctly. Addressing your services, use
personal stories to tell them about your idea.
Inspire your team:
Work hard, Value time and I
can do, this attitude will inspire your team. If your team determines that you
value their time and appreciate their effort, then they will put more effort
into their work, and you will get your expected results.
Encourage Teamwork:
Apricate the teamwork of
your people, try to realize them collaboration will make hard work easy and save
your time.
By doing this, your team
will not feel isolated, and they will feel special. Moreover, being a part of the big community help to enjoy your task and feel motivated.
Be Optimistic:
Being Optimist in a tough time inspires your team. They will adopt the same attitude and work hard.
Tell your team that it is
not the end of the world. Just focus on the big picture and work hard to get
the goal.
Being a team leader have to
celebrate every achievement even it is short. Encourage the effort of your
people and value their skills. It will motivate your team and boost up their
energy.
Give bonus and rewards:
Giving praise and getting
rewards will help your team to inspire you. Human nature is greedy and wants
something extra from the work he did. This act will motivate the team members
to work hard.
When a reward is related to
their performances and based on their skills, they will become more devoted.
They become more committed and passionate to get more rewards.
Communicate with Team members:
Establish excellent
communication with your team. So, they can discuss the project, give ideas,
take opinions, and give feedback.
The leader should be all
time available for the team members. Try to arrange meetings daily. To sort out
problems on time.
This act will also inspire
your team that our leader values our feedback and very dedicated to the
project.
Never feel your team
separated from management or being isolated. Do you communicate with them every
time? If not then do it. It will enhance
the quality of your work, and you get productive results.
Empower Team members:
When you give complete authority to your team members, like to select something or to do something, this act
will inspire them a lot.
This act will give them
positive confidence,
and you will feel a positive change in your members.
Trust People:
Being a team leader, you
can give directions to your team. You empower your team to give their best.
This is your trust that your team will provide you with the best thing.
The best thing will not be,
what you are expecting from them, but, the right thing will be beyond your expectation. Because
you trust them and give them the confidence to make things best.
Create a Healthy Office Environment:
Your office environment impacts your work contentment and productivity. A healthy and happy employee is more engaged.
Create an enjoyable environment in your office and give some space to your team members. A leader needs to be conscious of the air quality, lights, privacy, and comfort of their employees.
The leader should contact a healthy employee attitude by offering light snacks or dinner parties to their team members. This act will maintain members' energy level, and they feel relaxed.

When you are running a business,
your team is your most significant resource. You need to encourage and inspire
your people daily. So, keep in mind the priorities and problems of your
employee.
All these things help to
make your team feel motivated, and they get inspired by your personality.
